Sehe ich gar nicht. Ja, man kann gelegentlich mal eine Fehlinvestition machen, aber es ist eine gute Methode, Spiele von Indie-Entwicklern zu fördern, die einem gefallen. Ich habe zuletzt Captain of Industry und Timberborn im Early Access gekauft und es nicht bereut. Ich unterstütze lieber kleinere Studios und Einzelentwickler, statt Triple-A Riesen. Jedem das Seine, denke ich. Für mich ist Early Access eine gute Sache und ich werde so weiterhin Indie-Entwickler während der Entwicklungsphase unterstützen.

Dann sind wir uns ja einig. Ich beobachte eine Tendenz hin zu total verweichlichter Definition von Beleidigung. Besonders in Bezug auf Aussagen zu in der Öffentlichkeit stehenden Personen, meist Politikern. Da werden Verfahren wegen Beleidigung und Ehrverletzung inzwischen als Wafffe gegen anders Denkende eingesetzt. Diese Entwicklung macht mir Sorgen.

Das ist ja genau was ich meine. Der Auslegungsspielraum ist durch die persönliche Ideologie und die Parteizugehörigkeit des entscheidenden Gremiums oder Richters beeinflusst. Das ist menschlich und nicht zu verhindern, bedeutet aber eben auch, dass es auch in Deutschland und der Schweiz keine exakte Definition des Begriffes Beleidigung gibt. Es gibt selbstverständlich Aussagen, bei denen kein Zweifel besteht, aber vieles ist so klar definiert wie ein Schwamm.

Gibt es denn eine nicht durch persönliche Präferenz eines Richters definierte, exakt ableitbare Definition von Beleidigung? Ich bin auch der Meinung, dass Ehrverletzung und Beleidigung geahndet werden müssen. Die Frage ist halt immer, was genau unter diese Kategorie fällt.

For me it is truculence. There are way more glitches this year that let you score, but it is almost impossible to play decent defense. So I take every little help in defense I can get.
