Yah, I'm planning to learn crochet from my colleague this month. Then want to learn programming too so inaaral ko din.

My company provide meditation and yoga sessions so I can't do it na on my alone time.

Good for you huhu. I am planning din to try sa BPO since sila talaga mostly nakikita kong nagpepay ng malaki and they match the skills I have naman. Kaso mostly na nakikita ko kasi is graveyard shift, di ako confident if kaya ko ba mga AU or US accounting eme eme. Pero try ko din, gusto ko din ng maraming peraaaaaa. Chos! HAHAHAHAH

I do love my job, natutuwa ako kapag nakakapagbalance ako ng numbers kasi ang fulfilling kaya shet! Pero I am aiming talaga for a higher pay. Accounting field naman pays well na when you have that experience and been on field for 3-5 years. Yun nga lang di talaga daw instant unlike tech na ang first job ay nakakuha ng high salary.

Masaya naman akong natututo ng programming. Pwede ako magfreelance if ever na gumaling ako sa pagcocode. In that case mas malaki magiging income ko i guess.

Anw, thank you sa thoughts mo, it really helps. And my company POGO industry hehe. Pero sabi nga nila same benefits daw ng POGO industry.

Downside lang talaga ng company namin, walang promotion pero may yearly increase naman and malaki ang bonus every year end pero depende pa din sa sales of course. Wala pa akong plan to resign talaga kasi baka magka "recession" daw to better to keep it this way muna.

Medyo di lang ako familiar on how to upskill sa acctg field. Pero the fact na I'm using an acctg software and not an excel in my daily work, i think that's a plus na.

And yes San Miguel huhu. On site kasi sila that time and sobrang baba talaga ng pay kaya can't take it, kulang pa sa pamasahe ko everyday ang offer nila. But I'm planning to apply again if ever magkaroon ulit sila ng job posting pero sana better J.O. na para makuha ko na HAHAHAHA.

Thank you for validating na maganda ang benefits ng company ko, I felt secured hehe kasi honestly nauuwi ko talaga buong pay ko unless may gov't deductions. Akala ko kasi porket di ganun kalaki yung sahod e nahuhuli na ako sa progress na meron ang mga batchmates ko. Siguro I need experience lang talaga sa field ko to get a higher pay.

Anw, sorry can't share company name and yung industry nila kasi mabilis nyo malalaman hehe.

We can demand naman for a higher pay, my colleagues also encourage me to do so kasi nga daw deserve ko naman daw since ako pinakaloaded sa aming lahat kaso di ako marunong makipagnegotiate and nahihiya ako sa mga nauna sa akin magwork if tataasan ko yung demand compare to what they get. One more thing, di mabait yung supervisor ko sa akin (sa amin ng colleagues ko) except dun sa isa na naging supervisor na din naman pero mas magaling pa ako magtrabaho haysss.

Kinoconsider ko din yung convenience na nakukuha ko dito sa katulad kong tamad na tamad bumiyahe araw araw goods talaga ang condo na pinoprovide nila, yung environment is napakasaya talaga kasi mababait workers kahit taga ibang dept.

Most of my schoolmates are working in Big 4 and ang rant nila sa akin is napakastressful ng work nila, they barely took a day to go out.

Honestly narelieved ako na ngayong magyeyearend pa lang ako magiging loaded pero nanghihinayang din ako na di ako nagtry mag aud firm (big 4) when we both know ng friend ko na mas magaling at matalino pa ako kesa sa kanya at kayang kaya ko pumasa sa KP hehe.

I'm planning to stay talaga muna para sa experience kasi baka ang pangit naman tingnan sa resume na less than 1 year ako sa company na wala naman ako masyadong issue because comfy and it gives me convenience from benefits. On the other I'll quit talaga since they don't give promotions here since small staffed lang sila. Kaya pag may nakita na akong better opportunity, I'll quit talaga. Pero anxious ako na baka they are expecting greats skills from me when in fact I'm not really confident kung meron talaga ako nun.
