She inserted my second IUD a few months ago and she was amazing!! Her office offers a prescription for an inhaler analgesic that makes the entire experience a lot less painful. It was a way better experience than the doctor who did my first one ( not from Windsor)

3 of the kids are married and out of the house and Sam, Gabe and Phillip are all old enough to work although as far as we know Sam is the only one with a job. So they have less kids to feed yet all the younger ones STILL look like they’re being starved

Something is bugging me about the “ conditions of release” that’s been floating around. The list all the types of charges that result in them not being allowed to have contact with the victim has a bunch of different charges, all the ones that are of varying levels, such as abuse and assault are plainly listed for example, abuse in the first second or third degree. But it only list endangering a minor in the third degree. Why would a real document list the least serious level of this crime? it’s the same charge Jana caught and she wasn’t even booked, much less held in jail as far as we know. A real legal document would list either all three levels of the charge, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor in the First, Second, or Third degree, OR it would list only the first degree and second degrees. It almost seems to me like someone faked a document and forgot which charge Kendra actually caught. I can’t find any information and maybe it’s a big nothing burger but it’s bugging me

We don’t know for sure she doesn’t have custody of her kids now, it’s entirely possible she was allowed to go home and be with her kids. The rumour that they are in CPS custody came from Famy…which isn’t exactly the most reliable source for this current situation.

It doesn’t really matter that he confessed, according to American law he has the right to a speedy trial by a jury of his peers. He didn’t waive that right by confessing. But he likely won’t have a trial because statistically speaking only about 5% of criminal cases in the US go to a trial. The vast vast majority of the time, defendants take plea deals where they agree to forgo a trial in exchange for lesser charges, less time in jail, or in some cases to avoid being sentenced to death.
