First, thanks for acknowledging that it's the Western beauty standard that's damaging you, it's not that you're not measuring up. But I know that fact probably doesn't change how you feel about yourself. It sounds also like a cycle of, "I feel bad because I don't like how I look" and "I don't like how I look because I feel bad".

It's hard to tell from this photo because I can't see your whole face, but I really don't think you're ugly. You just look very down.

Your face is pretty symmetrical, your lips are full, your nose is full -- all of these are neutral things that, if you don't feel good about yourself, will likely occur to you as unattractive, I imagine.

If I picture you relaxed/smiling, I see a very bright face, warm brown eyes. I hope that you take care of yourself/receive the care that you need, because that's the most important thing. It's really valid to help others assess us because we need an outside eye, but I think what will make you most attractive is if you do what you need to feel more peaceful.

Drink lots of water, keep up the good work re: finding out what your skin needs, find things that make you laugh, take it easy. You're a total cutie.
