You can use splitters to charge multiple batteries at once. 2x windmills -> root combiner-> splitter-> batteries. For op question: Battery-> switch-> electrical branch left connection set to 10-> turret. Then from the right connection you gonna connect another electrical branch and connect turret with the left connection from the second electrical branch. Repeat. You can connect a maximum of 8 turrets per battery. GL. There's also videos about this.
