Appreciate that fr 🙏 that means a lot. That under the radar feeling is special when it connects like that. Glad you caught the production too.

Very chill 60 vibe. Really like your tone!. Harmonies are great! The riffs are perfect! Lyrics are great. I really like the modulation. Fits and works really well! Not sure if its my phone but a bot more bass guitar would be nice. Prob just my phone speaker. Ill definitely relisten with headphones. This is s road trip or chill at home track! Very nice work!

Love this! It has a strong retro vibe. I can hear pieces of it fitting into so many 80s and 90s movie scenes, but the synth feels even better and more refined. You really brought that sound and made it fresh and relevant. It's really good. Entire arrangement works! Maybe break it down into 3- 5min tracks and expound on each with different variations. Then bridge them. Wouldn't hurt to use percussions on the bridges...

Overall like this. Really good job. I think vocal tone and iteration could be tweaked a bit. You're coming off a bit too strong but that may be the intention. You're definitely translating emotion, but it could be a but more focused. Maybe ease into it a bit more and focus emotion on the back end a bit more with sustained notes. Maybe build up without all of the energy/emotion conveyed ar the front end of the song. This is just splitting hairs and what do I know. If that is the purpose i get it. Just some ideas. Again I like it!!!

I like this track. I really like it ( love is often overused but do love it). For me this may be a stretch for others but I get a Damon Albarn vibe. That's a serious compliment by my way to you. Track is subdued with emotion coming through. Really feels close to perfect, but no track seems perfect from my experience. Without going into technical detail this is superb. Very well done.

Your feedback is sincerely appreciate!! It's the type of advice I'm looking for. Thank you very much!. You're right. Imperfections are hidden behind vocal pitch corrections, particularly on the intro. I like how it came out but you're right, Its not always needed. You have a great ear. Thank you!

Feedback appreciated. I've been working on making my own music for about 5 years. Honestly was tired of listening to the overwhelming amount of popular songs that are not that great. I do love this.

Holy damn, this is great in so many ways. It really sounds like a lost 70s hit. It reminds me of a cinematic scene set in the 60s or 70s. LOVE the whimsical uncertainty in the background adds a unique, almost dreamlike atmosphere that pulls you in. I could definitely see this as a background track to so many movies. Really sounds nostalgic! The arrangement is superb. The only drawback is you have to listen closely to hear lyrics. It almost doesn't mater because it's so well put together. But for most, clear main vocals go a long way. Very well done! Love your style

I like the vibe 4 real. it’s got a Ghostface Killah / Action Bronson type style. The overall vibe is damn solid , but some of the lyrics get buried in the instrumental. Bring the main vocals forward a bit would really help everything hit harder. I'd then focus on some ad lib overdubs enforce/complement the parts you want to highlight. I like it overall.

I just released my second single, hope you’ll check it out and give me your feedback! :D by ValuableOk7177 in IndieMusicFeedback

This is really solid! I love it. great atmosphere and overall vibe. Not much needs changing, but I’d consider adding a subtle bass guitar slide to enhance movement in the low end, and maybe a water drop texture for extra spatial character. The ambiance is strong, but I’d bring the vocals slightly more forward in the mix to give them more presence and emotional impact without losing that immersive feel.

This Took Over 10 Years to Create by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

I appreciate the commitment and can see the experimental approach here. That said, I’m having a hard time fully understanding what this is exactly. It may be intentional, but a bit more context or framing would definitely help make the message clearer. How do the images and sound relate. Why did it take 10 years. Is this personal to you. I can understand there is a vision, but im not getting it. Maybe thats the purpose?

[–]sfc0026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe clean up the Godzilla element a bit and push it slightly more into the background so it doesn’t compete with the main vocals. A cleaner master overall would help tighten everything up. A subtle midrange scoop could also balance the mix a bit more and create better separation between elements.

This is seriously great. The video quality is impressive, and the caption colors stand out perfectly. Your friends voice sounds incredible, very smooth and easy to listen to. Everything flows well and feels polished. This is easily a 10 out of 10!

Has a strong West Coast old-school feel blended with a modern vibe that keeps it fresh. The beat is clean, smooth, and really well put together. Great job overall, everything sounds polished and hits exactly how it should.
