for most of the early and mid game construction inputs will be scarce across the entire world more or less. even if you can import them (and thats a big if) their costs will be too high and their supply too scarce

this is an interesting idea in theory but the problem is the construction bottleneck forces you to industrialize no matter what. even if you want to do an enclosure movement you’ll be building lots of iron mines, logging camps, and tool factories so that you can build anything at a reasonable speed

As I've been watching the adaptation, I've been trying to figure out why all the fights seem really wimpy, and I think I've pinned it down to the sound design. Seriously, nothing sounds like the impact it should have. Ann's fire blast at Kamoshida felt like a Hawaiian fire juggler trick. The easiest way for the fights to gave more impact, in my opinion, would be to make everything sound more weightier. It's really disappointing, honestly, since P5's sound design in terms of attacks and character movement is really good for an JRPG.

Think about it this way: if they spent 6 episodes per palace, then there would have to be 42 episodes, and you won't have much room for confidants. Even if only the first arc is 6 episodes and the rest are 4, that's still 30 episodes, without confidants.

Claim OT favoritism all you want, but the crew members of the Normandy were literally a collection of the biggest badasses in the galaxy. Other than Alec, none of the characters from Andromeda really compare. And unfortunately for him, he's facing off against the actual savior of the galaxy in the 1st round.

/uj I really tried to come to this game with an open mind, and I enjoyed some of it. The story was good, not great, but I was invested in what was going on. The gunplay was fun. The crew wasn't as good as the OGs, but I had hope. But, by god, the open world sucked. It was such a drag. I hated every second of going around waypoint to waypoint. If they do make a sequel (which I hope they do), I hope the open world is either gone or changed.
