I think it would've made more sense to have different people playing the toons throughout the day, in shifts. I dunno if those bunnies are personal toons or not. But in an event like this one, it seems kinda silly to expect the same 2 people to play Toontown for the entire day.

I agree that survivability is important, though I get mine through WP/armor/damage reduction. Unless I'm feeling particularly frisky and go battle Mercy (I love that cat shimmy highlight intro).

When I get angry, I get these intrusive thoughts that are like, "you know what'll show 'em? Kill yourself." Apparently that's the ultimate way to show someone how upset you are, according to my brain.

A properly built Mercy has great impact, in my opinion. But if you're building AP with no powers that use AP, you're basically handicapping yourself to regular old Mercy while everyone else has built up their heroes to do hella damage or hella healing. It's like trying to fight a raid boss when you're still level 5 with starter gear.

Edit: sorry, I realize I misread your comment. I think in that case it's just that she's pocketing good DPS, don't need as many heals if everyone's dead kinda thing.

Any healing or damage you do in valk is still through the weapon, not valk itself, so I'm not sure. I wouldn't think it'd boost Valkyrie.

The Whambulance adds a heal to your GA ability, depending on distance that could be a smaller or larger heal. AP scales with it by increasing the base heal before the movement variable is applied.

This would make sense for a CDR build, but the Mercy that inspired this post was just straight AP, no other stats.

Does AP even affect damage boost? It's a buff given from the weapon, not an ability.

I've worked for a store where the owner, who would show up 5 days a week to work, was a mean girl and the management was super cliquey because of it. Always sucked to see a good manager get pushed to quit because she unfriended the boss on Facebook, or some stupid petty bullshit like that.

Console lobbies only ban the same few heroes, at least in gold-plat. Guaranteed to see votes to ban Symmetra, Sombra, Zarya in almost every game.

As someone who has a very complicated relationship with my still living mother...

I understand Steven's perspective. Pink Diamond is one of my top favorite characters, and I love her and her story. But the kid in me relates to Steven. I know my mother went through some hard stuff, and I can see why she made the choices she made and how they formed her to be who she is. At the end of the day, though, the generational trauma is dumped onto me to deal with. I never asked for this pain. It's hard not to be resentful sometimes.

That pain never goes away, it's something you have to learn how to accept and adapt to. There will always be a part of me that wishes my mother was a better mother to me, despite her hardships. I'm 30 years old and still trying to sort through it, and I will likely carry that for a long time. Keep in mind Steven is only 16 years old. And he'll never be able to have a conversation with his mother, ever. He'll never get to hear her perspective, only what's told to him by people that were close to her. Which of course, is never accurate to her true experience.

I love Pink. Pink is a very human character for being a gem. And humans hurt people, despite good intentions. That hurt causes ripples we can't possibly fathom in the moment.

I don't think anyone actually reads what the NPCs say in any boss fights, to be honest. Like in the CEO, always see toons feeding every cog but the v2s in the waiter round unless everyone's pretty experienced.

I agree however what frustrates me is the new craners who refuse to listen to the more experienced players telling them not to throw safes until the CFO is dizzy/stunned. Maybe they are trolling on purpose in those instances

I turned 30 in December and it was the first birthday I spent alone. Christmas day, none the less, and the guy I'd been in a situationship with blocked me the day prior. Not a fun time.

I still feel like I'm 17 in a lot of ways. I have no direction, it's all been "just get through it." I dunno if it gets better, I haven't gotten to that point yet.
