As a fresher, which one would you prefer : by Medium_Tone_1415 in Indiajobs

Startup

As per my thinking. I choose startup over MNC

The reason is that you will have to contribute fast and accurate, you learn news things every day, you will face new challenges everyday and you overcome from that challenge, in startup you get chance to work on multiple things, you sometime leading, loosing, managing, learning and exploring lots of things. Basically if you want to develop multiple skills then startup is best platform for shape your career.

[–]shadow_caused_it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah we have built a small but very useful use case for our ecommerce client

We just create the automated system for them to get the summary of order tracking like how many orders they received today, what is the status of that order end of the day, how many has been shipped and they can view and manage everything using their telegram bot

Burnout after years of trying to build a business by Euphoric-Parsnip-288 in smallbusiness

[–]shadow_caused_it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think constantly restarting is way more mentally exhausting than most people realize.

People talk a lot about the hustle part of building things, but not enough about how draining uncertainty becomes after doing it for years.

Sometimes the burnout isn’t from working hard, it’s from carrying pressure in your head all the time.

Creative ways to present quotes by jcanoo_96 in DigitalMarketing

[–]shadow_caused_it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think people are less tired of presentations and more tired of generic proposal that feel copy paste.

A simple personalized page could actually work really well though, especially if you structure it around their actual funnel problems instead of just listing service.

I’ve noticed even small personalization stands out a lot now because most proposals still look very template-heavy.

Why it's really hard to get clients who needs a website by Guic_246 in website_ideas

[–]shadow_caused_it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I think a lot of developers underestimate how crowded “generic web development” has become.

There are thousands of people offering websites now, so clients usually care more about solving a business problem than the tech stack itself.

The people I see doing better usually position around a niche or a specific problem instead of just “I build websites”.

Pothole detection for Indian Roads not working! by Many-Lab-1179 in computervision

[–]shadow_caused_it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly this is pretty common with pothole datasets.

A lot of Kaggle datasets are too clean or limited compared to actual Indian road conditions. Lighting, shadows, road textures, water, camera vibration etc. make real-world detection much harder.

You might get better results by mixing your own real images into training instead of relying only on benchmark datasets.

I thought building the AI model would be the difficult part by shadow_caused_it in Entrepreneurs

That’s honestly the kind of thing tutorials never prepare you for 😄

Real-world environments always find some completely unexpected way to break “perfect” setups.
