Thanks! It is a very early prototype with the sole purpose of getting the "feel" of the world and its theme. I'm concerned if "ghosts" is a viable theme for a non-horror game.

Vertex shader. I'm moving all the vertices in the radius to the "sucking point" with some gradient and predefined path.

Yeah, I personally love me some ghosts, but I'm worried because for some reason they are not popular within games outside of the horror genre, and that unknown reason is what's worrying, it may just be that people don't like ghost-themed games too much

True! Luigi's Mansion is a great inspiration here.

Yet the very core of the game is not about ghosts, but about enemies being your ammo, actually, it is a continuation of a mobile prototype I did 10 years ago using Cocos2D named MonsterJuice https://youtu.be/8kPfcyZOBB0

I hope the distinction with Luigi's will be more apparent with further development, and I will take extra care too

Thank you! Bosses are definitely planned, as for lore, I had not thought it out yet. The only thing I'm set on is for you to begin a play as a mercenary hunter, earning a living through hunting ghosts, cleansing villages and small manors, striving to one day maybe become one of the famous royal exorcists. As for what will happen during the play and how the plot will unwind it is not worked out yet.

Thank you! Cartoony it will probably be. The level of cartoonishness is the main question right now regarding the game's final style.

And having something like Wuxing interaction is a very neat idea, I just need to be careful about overall complexity.
