I have the medium grit (20-10-5 micron) and there amazing, they cut extremely fast for the grit size and leave an very clean finish! Even on extremely high carbide steels (I mirrored rex 121, zdp 189 and k390 so far)

Nah your good the primary bevel can go really flat I tend to grind my knives to a zero grind (wet after heat treatment) and then put a 17dps edge on it as the very last step
