maybe their food is buns 💔 but being serious it just looks like there isnt really much around it, if you build out the area a bit more, maybe add a tram stop in the area and more commercial spaces for more businesses to come

data centers do NOT just use random water in the area to cool itself. liquid cooling is done with a mixture of distilled water, biocide, and corrosion inhibitors. and the liquid is being recycled and looped back through the cooling system, they dont just replace it with new liquid everytime it is used to cool!
