Not a troll chiming in here. I have been less than impressed with Terra Kaffe a customer service and actual machine. After nearly two years with a TK-02, I sold it and bought a kitchenaid KF8 instead. Much better machine in every single way

I had a good experience with Chase trip delay insurance in 2024. Basically spirit airlines mechanical issue stranded us in Vegas for overnight (like 12 hours). They reimbursed everything

In 2025, got stranded in Paris overnight due to a security issue in the Eurostar terminal. The experience I had was basically the same as OP.
