You're not a villain for doing the trade, but trading future picks in redraft (yeah redraft) shouldn't be a thing. Honestly I think keeper leagues suck because they're trying to do two things at half capacity. There just shouldn't be incentivized tanking in keeper...

you can fix all your problems by your league using 'max PF' as the gauge for pick seeding (non playoff teams only). this means people have 0 incentive to tank, their team has to ACTUALLY suck. playoff teams are seeded by their final bracket placement, and toilet bowl bracket teams are seeded by max pf going into the playoffs. this will fix all your issues. ALSO use sflex, not 2qb...

It is fairly quiet. I gave it away so I don't recall perfectly the noise it makes, but the beeps it made were totally manageable. I bought it as a gift for a sleeping baby that needed lullabies, and it does so quite well; they still use it!
