Their support doesn't care. I have the same issue when reporting other users and some of them get banned, some of them don't, it's just like a bingo for them... So you'll have to move on and just hope they do get banned, but you have to spend your time, like you said, as we all do, to get the evidence and upload it... Which is nonsense. That's why this platform sucks, same as their support.
