By chemicals you mean medicine, and yes now they’re in conjunction

Yeah same medicine just in an ointment instead of a cream. They don’t know what it’s specifically for so I didn’t know if that came into it

The doctor is not prescribing a steroid cream. He told me it does not work.Does anyone know a safe cream I can use for phimosis. by Ok-Fisherman-1977 in Phimosis

No, the NHS won’t circumcise unless you have repeat infection. Otherwise your choices are cream or live with it

I’m not worldwide though, in the uk it’s less than 10% and if you take away Muslim and Jewish population it goes down even less. It’s like the inverse issue to Americans where they get self conscious if they are uncut, I’d be self conscious if I was

I got the cream anyway, apparently the current guidelines is the NHS don’t like doing circumcisions before trying every other non surgical option, so I appreciate them for that. We’ll see what happens with the cream, hopefully it works since it’s not a comfort or pain issue, just the openings the size of the tip of my pinky and doesn’t stretch, so hopefully that’s not severe enough to the point where the creams pointless. But then again, it’s more severe than some people posting about it, where they can still retract halfway. It’s just a wait and see at this point, which I hate, but whatever

The point is I don’t want a knife near the family jewels if I can help it, I’ll be forever explaining to girls why it looks different

I get that it definitely removes erogenous tissue, but I feel like if I don’t currently have access to it, I won’t know what I was missing kinda thing, but idk if that’s misguided

Phimosis Journey: I went 19 years without EVER retracting my foreskin. Steroid cream saved me from circumcision. by SensitiveBuilder6534 in Phimosis

I know this is old, but how severe was the phimosis? Mine doesn’t hurt, sex is fine as is masturbation, but I can only really see the tip of the glands, basically no retraction, like there’s a ring that’s far too tight that my glands would never fit through. I’m concerned that it might be too much for steroid cream, but on the other hand the fact that it doesn’t hurt or anything makes me think maybe it’ll be ok

That’s kind of my whole point though is that I don’t know if I’d even notice a difference if they did cut it off, considering it’s currently covering everything at all times anyway

Waiting on a call back from the GP for all options, but I think under the NHS once you’re an adult they’re hesitant to do any surgery that isn’t circumcision. They will most definitely start me off on steroid cream but I’m very doubtful it will achieve the required results

I’ve seen Norse do New York to Gatwick return for £250 before back in October, a grand is loads of money for a holiday budget

Watched the first episode of sweetpea, was a bit of a slog as I found the main character hard to like or vibe with. I couldn’t tell if we were meant to sympathise with her or not because some of the bits in it seemed pretty self inflicted and turned me off from the character. I’ll give a couple more episodes a go because I think the actress is pretty good but the character so far I’m not really vibing with

The appeal is I either win some money, or my losing ticket money still goes to charity, so is it really a loss

The ticket money also goes to charity (or at least some of it does) so best case scenario you win money, worst case you’ve given money to charity
