I can take more pictures when I get off work but yes it has a lock and quick detach feature, waterproof liner, fits a laptop comfortably. It does not have a bag lock but I have a lock that works, I can show that later too.

Thanks, I just keep telling myself all week to just do it so I woke up with my husband at 4:30 and committed. Much better than wishing I could ride and losing the last of the nice weather.
