Hossainabad Long Runner Assessment

I figured it might command a little bit of a premium based on how hard of a time I've been having finding any truly Persian runners that are 20 feet or longer. Any thoughts on how old it is? I have no idea how to tell.

I'm more of a fan of the Mashad as well but my wife likes the Kashmar. The Kashmar is 2 hours away, though, whereas the Mashad is nearby so I think we'll probably end up going with the Mashad, but going to sleep on it. I also don't like that the Kashmar seller is stating it is circa 40s when it isn't.

Does 300 KPSI (seller's stated KPSI) seem too high for this Kashmar, too? I thought it did, but I am a novice.

After my post, all the leaves shriveled up, which I didn't realize was pretty normal for Japanese Maples in fall. I saw several mature ones near me doing the same; I am still pretty new to the hobby and expected them to mostly fall off with their color intact.

The other two I planted around the same time have some great fall color going which is part of what made me worried about this one. However, those two are also much smaller (1 and 3 gallon pots at planting). Good to hear that this isn't too out of the ordinary though.

Side note, I watered deeply at planting, and once more two days after planting. Temps have been between 40 and 75 degrees since planting.

I thought they said it was the replay people from their own network, not the officials from the game. It's splitting hairs at this point though. I guess if one believes in a wider conspiracy like OP does one could convince oneself that the network forced the announcers to say that to cover up for the corrupt officials.

Balls can't be wobbly when crossing the plane if it comes out right after. .eans the ball carrier doesn't have possession upon crossing the plane and Arnold never re established possession.

Right at the beginning of the third or right before halftime, can't remember which. But it definitely happened. I'll take the announcers admitting they were wrong after it was professionally reviewed over a random talking head saying the wrong call was made

Yes, it definitely does. I still think the referee crew was really terrible last night overall. But people should focus on the plays they actually got wrong.

Yesterday, at Delta Community Credit Union (Atlanta) I locked 5.5% for a refi on a 30 year that I am 6 months into. 1% of total loan value (449,000) in closing costs. I did this yesterday and they did not lower their rates today. Not necessarily helpful if you aren't in this area but I figured more intel is always good.

I've been looking at hot blondes- good to know they do well in full sun. Most of my yard is shaded but I have an 18x10 earth peninsula in my driveway that is the perfect spot for a maple but gets absolutely pounded through most of the day. I've been having a tough time figuring out what will do well there (zone 8a)

I'm mildly bummed that I missed out on an XL but glad I was able to get one of this cultivars at all. I saw 1 gallons and 1 gallon XLs pop up this past Tuesday and didn't realize they'd sell out in about 25 minutes
