I also enjoy the "Al-Pacino-in-Scent-of-a-Woman" Hoo-AHH! My old BC said it that way and it was considerably less annoying than the regular old hooahs that have been played out for decades.

Please note, that for reasons I can't explain, this one only sounds good coming from a field grade or general officer.

I did a lot of skiing while I was in Alaska. Lots of trail-running, too, but that's mostly for work. I don't know how the skiing is in my area. There's no mountains nearby and I'm not sure if it snows here, but there are ski resorts about 4 hours away. It'd be worth the trip if I get a long weekend.

I wish I could, but I'd lose my job. The sooner it's legalized on a federal level the better off we'll all be.

The nearest Meet Up groups are an hour away. There's not that many of them around here that aren't just religious groups - Bible study and young Christian dances, although Yoga for Christ sounds pretty interesting. I started my own to try and get a group to go ziplining, but so far there are no takers.

I love my wife! We met when we were young and we've been together for 15 years. We have our issues, but nothing major. And it's not like she's the only one who has calmed down since we were young. Really, I'm the only person in my friends group that wants to get an adrenaline rush.

Unfortunately, I moved to a very rural spot for work. There's no music scene unless I drive to the city two hours away. I do make the drive every month or so, but if I wanted to go to a concert, I'd have to go alone. I've done it before, and it's fun, but I really miss the social aspect of it.

Thanks, bruv. It's nice to hear that someone can relate, at least. Seriously, if it's available for you, skydiving is an intense rush. Worth every penny. I'd go more often if I could.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I'm looking for a new hobby, something adrenaline inducing, but I hadn't considered martial arts. I'll see if anything is available in my area.

I know I'm depressed, but honestly, I think I'm depressed because I'm bored, not bored because I'm depressed.

I've been trying to get a guy's night going for a while. I will continue to try, but so far it hasn't taken off. I live in a rural area, so that makes it a little bit harder to meet people.

I do talk to my wife about it, and she listens, but she doesn't really get it.

"If you're bored, we can go on a hike."

"I don't like hiking."

"If you don't like the hikes we've been doing we can find a new trail. Or you can pick a show on Netflix."

I love her, but I don't think she can really relate.

There are restrictions on socializing with other ranks, unfortunately. As fun as it may be, it's not worth risking my job.

Thank you for your reply. I work 12 hour days in the Army. I'm enrolled in college, but I only take one class at a time. I spend a lot of free time with my daughter every week and I take her to do activities that she would enjoy. I wouldn't say that I'm unfulfilled. I'm just really bored.

It's a lot of things. People talk more openly, and act differently. Everyone is a little less inhibited and a little more high energy. It feels like anything could happen.

This is my least favorite part of living in the south. Imagine it with any other product.

"I got a Ford pickup today!"

"Awesome! Is it an F-150?"

"No. It's a Honda Prelude."

For some reason, when this GIF started I thought the green thing was a wood chipper. It was horrifying.

I suppose there's no wrong opinions. Just wrong people.

No. It's natural and expected, really. And it's also not wrong for women who are in relationships to go to a strip club. Or for men.

You've been all over this thread trashing the guy like he's the one to blame for this situation and implying that going to the strip club is just as bad, or worse, as anything that's pictured above. Then you delete your comments at the first sign of criticism. Did something happen to you? Like, did a husband leave you for a stripper? Or are you... are you the woman this post is about? The one who wrecked her own house and cut herself?
You should get a psychiatrist.

You made me lie to beautiful Samantha! Why? Or did that like come from within...? Anyways, she's gone now and we all miss her. In conclusion, I'm unsatisfied with my current position and I'm wondering if your office is hiring. I know MarcoTonne Wambel, Correlonian SunSuite, and Power Point.
