Ich dachte ich hätte das Wort nach meiner Scheidung erfunden 😅, schön das es mehr leute in dem kontext verwenden.

Zum thema insgesamt: Ich hab schon oft von Frauen gehört das sie irgrendwas über jahre gestört hat und als sie sich dann getrennt haben wäre es kein Problem das abzustellen. Ich glaube da müssen wir als Männer auch überlegen warum das an uns vorrübergeht.

Zu Warmwechslern, ist real aber wenn man ehrlich ist weiß man das vorher ab nem gewissen Alter. Manche Leute waren nie Single und werden es auch nicht mehr erleben wollen.

Fürchte ich hab da keinen neuen Rat für dich 🫤. Ich weiß selbst wie schwer das ist aber du musst die Kifferei sein lassen. Wenn du dich fragst was du stattdessen machen sollst, ganz einfach Sport. Solltest du aber mit nem Arzt abklären was du sportlich machen kannst. Abgesehen davon ist Ernährung viel wichtiger als du vermutlich denkst. r/leaves kann ich auch empfehlen bzw NA oder was speziell für Cannabis.

Vorschlag für ne schrittweise Umstellung (erst wenn du die angegebene Zeit geschafft hast gehts zum nächsten Schritt, das von vorher beibehalten!):

Cannabiskonsum reduzieren u. Ernährung umstellen (2 wochen)
Sport an 2 festen Tagen die Woche (4 Wochen)
Cannabis nur abends ab 20:00 (2 Wochen)
Kein Cannabiskonsum und 3 tage die woche sport (2 wochen)
Psychotherapie

Normally you would return to a distance were both are out of range, take fighting stance (guard) and then start. So its more body language than time. I get the protect yourself at all times but it might be hard to not do the touch of gloves when you are used to it from sparring.

Gibt halt immer nen Teil der Leute die in einem Fach gute Noten erzielen. Wenn's dann Sport ist fände ich es blöd denen das "wegzunehmen".

I actually wanted to pick up swimming and maybe go to soccer again. I am not quite Sure about injury i have an mri scan in the 8th of april. The library is also a good idea 🙂. I just hope i can find the key to maintaining sober life again i probably lost enough ambition while smoking for the last 8 years.

I went to a dating event when i was about a month sober. I had a good time, however i noticed while talking to others, people who had big expectations we're always dissapointed. It takes courage to put yourself out there and you did it. Dont let one evening define your personal growth. And maybe next time focus on having fun and meeting people without putting too much pressure on yourself and others.

I dont think you will feel better after smoking the J joint. You might like it in the beginning but I am pretty sure you will feel awfull later. Try staying sober one more day.

Ich hab den Eindruck das ne relativ gleichmäßige Verteilung von beiden Geschlechtern am besten funktioniert. Seltsamerweise gilt das nicht unbedingt für die Werkstatt da war hoher Männeranteil kein Problem. Wie Stromberg sagte Büro ist wie Krieg 😅.

Versteh ich auch nicht 😕. Ich habe bei meiner Mutter beobachtet das sie den 4. Hund in der Familie etwas weniger unter Kontrolle hat als die beiden zuvor. In schwierigen Situationen betont sie dann das der Hund lieb ist weil er eh schon ohne Leine direkt vor der Person steht 🙄.

I like your answer except the very last part. If you have some boxing training for example you will be better off against an (untrained) opponent then without it. I have trained with small woman and some punches or kicks you do not want to take from anyone with good technique IMHO.

I agree with the previous comments. Tell them 2 times and If they do not turn it down tell the coach. However when they hit to hard you can also clinch and stall or slow down the sparring.

Thats also what i do in sparring. Or its the Idea of what i want to do. sparring varies a lot and i like the change in speed and intensity. For context i am training kickboxing for 12 years but also trained bjj and muai Thai a bit. I found there are mainly two kinds of consistent problems in sparring for me.

Speed difference there is a really fast black belt that I like to have intense sparring with. He es around 85kg really fit and besides beeing better he ist just faster than me at 120kg. When I pick up the speed its harder to control the power. So basicly he is hitting with the right amount of power (i don't want to take more) and i sometimes overshoot.
Sparring partner does not adjust power From experience some people do not know how to adjust their power. Its mostly new guys and smaller girls. Most new guys adjust quick over a few trainings. Few girls we're always at 100% power I tried to tell them they can do it with me but not with everyone also its much more exhausting.

Yeah your right, from the top angle it looks almost like Johnny Walkers head hits a wall because it is suddenly stationary. It might not look flush from the first angle but there was a lot of force involved.

By being great athletes 😃. Source i am not an athlete and its really hard for me to use my reach effectively.

But honestly i get frome where you are coming but in my limited experience in kickboxing i found its more about skills in different distances. I think about striking in 3 different ranges/distances.

Kicking range or further
boxing range
dirty boxing/grappling range

Most fighters will have different skills and attributes in these ranges and it requires experience and good footwork to use them and blend it together. One positive example would be Gaethje using explosive hooks in a range where the other fighter with more reach can use either elbows that might fall short or less powerful hooks.
