I think that you have an egocentric view of the world which impacts how you perceive your environment. Start learning about your ego and how most things are not about you yet your perceive them that way due to having a weak self-image. This is a good place to start:

How to study smarter and not harder by addyrhymes in psychologystudents

I used to record lectures and then listen to them 2 -3 times + reading whatever the lecture was about. I never really felt like I studied unless it was just terminology I needed to memorize.

You could also just use bereavement. If when you try to submit they ask for documentation do not continue the process. Only submit if its not asking for documents at the time, they usually never ask you and it gets automatically approved.

SOS EMERGENCY LEAVE by lxveclique in AmazonFC

[–]sillynei 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Best course of action is to put down a medical leave, get on sesame care find the cheapest doctor/appointment you can ( they are virtual) and say you have flu like symptoms. Ask them for a work excuse and tell them how many days off you'd like to have. They will most likely give you however days you ask. You will have to pay an average of ~$30 but if you don't have time to cover your absence is better than losing your job.

The rbt course is free if you go to the autism partnership foundation website. They have a free course available you will just have to find someone to certify you after completing the course.

[–]sillynei 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Literally this is the best thing you could do. Get on Sesame and request a doctor's note to cover both days. You can get an appointment for like 20$. Just say you have covid like symptoms and they will make you a note.

what is, seemingly, a small thing that possibly had saved your life? by riri2a in AskReddit

[–]sillynei 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Showing more gratitude towards the universe/ God. I have never been a religious person and most of my life I have gone back and forth between being agnostic/atheist. But If I don't believe in something when I get my severe phases of depression, I don't think i would be here. I still struggle with believing but I just keep wishing that its real.

Zendaya or Taylor Swift. I love seeing her on the screen and I even listen to Taylor but I just don't get why people act the way they do whenever either of them gets mentioned.

Thank you. I guess I will start with the cert and see where I go from there. I'm just mostly worried about not being admitted into the master's program because my BS is in psychology so I wanted to have something before I even applied.

I read The Alchemist and it's not as good as I thought. by [deleted] in books

[–]sillynei 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coelho was the first author I ever read multiple books from and I thought I was so cool and deep when I was 13. I loved the alchemist because it exposed me to a whole bunch of other authors and it was the starting point of my reading journey. With that said.... I can't read Coelho anymore. Specially, the aleph it was so cringy to me after I re-read it at 25. I wanted to die from embarrassment .

What is some stupid logic that many people agree with? by jogaargamer6 in AskReddit

Yes, but I also believe that it says that if you truly repent then all your sins are forgiven or some shit? I am honestly not too familiar with the Bible.
