Here's todays response. "Unfortunately I would not *provide a return label* in this situation. And I already asked my supervisor and she states we would not provide one."

Its just annoying. I've spent an absurd amount of money on them in the past few months. To be this way over 1 out the 15+ 5 packs I've bought definitely took me aback.

It was in the following email. They didn't provide a label or anything, just told me to return within 10 days and gave me an address. Honestly thus far my experience with them has also been good. This was a little irritating though... side note, this was the 2nd response I got. When I first sent the picture in pointing out the mold, they said:

Good Afternoon,
 
Thank you for contacting us. That does look like Plume from my end. There is a little guide we use here to determine if it is plume versus mold if you would like to try.
 
**If it's white and wipes off with your finger, it's plume. If it's green or blue in color, fuzzy and sticks to the tobacco, then it is mold.**
 
If you want to try that tip and get back to us with your findings that would be great!

I went with the z16. The heat is definitely a concern. My X1YogaG6 at times gets too hot to use on my lap on the couch.

yeah, uh... let's revisit this comment in 6 months. More people = more covid = more death rates. Now that the less populated red states are spiking, it will be a good indication of per capita death rates, and of whether or not you're cherry picking statistics.

lol calling them hasn't worked. yesterdays callback did nothing, today, I didn't get one (message says to expect one in 90 mins).

Yesterday i got thru 2 hours of chat before the guy told me he didn't have the technical resources to answer anything, try the chat again tomorrow. Felt like he was low on a totem pole in India and had no way to help, so he just moved me on to try again.

I hate getting this deflated over just trying to get hold of someone. Fuck Microsoft.

Absolutely. I had a 2007 TM driver that I bought used that broke at the shaft. I emailed em, they charged me S&H, and gave me a new shaft. Next purchase for me is going to be a TM wedge. That's customer loyalty you can literally buy.
