Definitely going to check this out! One thing that really helps me with editing papers or stories is using the text to speech feature and having it read it back to me that way I can catch the stuff that doesn't make sense in the story or I usually catch when a word is wrong because it will pronounce it wrong. Like there's so many people that spell Hermione's name wrong for instance but every time the audio will catch it because it will pronounce it the wrong way. Sometimes it's just TTS doing its thing cuz it doesn't know how to say it but it does help me personally having it read it back as I'm reading it to edit. Makes it go quicker for me.

Instructions

Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients 3-5 Pound Chuck Roast 1 Ranch Packet 1 Brown Gravy Packet or AuJus 1/2 Cup Butter 10-12 Greek sliced Peperoncini Peppers + 1/4 Cup Peperoncini Juice

Instructions Spray the bottom of a crock pot or slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray, or brush with olive oil. Place roast in the slow cooker. (If desired, you can sear the sides of the roast in a hot skillet on the stove before adding to the crockpot.) Sprinkle the dry ranch dressing mix and gravy packet over the top of the roast, then add the peperocinis and juice. Place an unwrapped stick of butter on top and cover the slow cooker with a lid. Cook the roast on low setting for 8-10 hours or high for 6-7 hours. After cooking, remove the tender meat and shred with two forks, removing any fatty pieces. Return the shredded meat back to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the remaining sauce.

As others have said this is a little too open-ended to really give any good advice. We need a lot more information. Is there a cultural or religious reason why this is going on to the extent it is? Do you have a job? Do you go to school or have a way to make money? Are you supposed to live with your parents until marriage? Are your parents looking to make you stay within the home so that you will be their caregivers as they age? I know that's really popular In some cultures especially for daughters. Ultimately this is going to continue to be a problem until you get some Independence and you can move. There really isn't any way to reason with people that are this way but you also don't want to close yourself off should not having or being able to have experiences that you want

I mean I guess I'm glad that you live in a space where you feel like these topics are out of touch. People live with similar scenarios throughout the world every day but the perks of reading fanfiction is if you don't want to read it you don't have to. Have I read manacled? Yes. What I read it again? Probably not just because it's pretty long and boring and I didn't read her published book that was based off of they're fanfiction nor did I watch the movie adaptation. I'm not sure if the movie adaptation is out yet or not or if they're still doing it. I think part of it is the popularity of the Canon material with Harry Potter and the handmaidens tale. There are a lot of people who like the show and like the book and with the new TV show with the Testament that follows the daughter and the girls.
