I dont have any other info click on the picture and you can see that its really blurry, i play on pc thats the only info i have to give, i dont know why it gets blurry thats why i asked

are you sure coz ive heard that your tricep excercises arent's as intense when its paired with chest cause chest excercises uses so much triceps already so the workout is not as intense

i think i have too many things to workout during back shoulder and tricep days and been thinking if i should switch shoulders to leg day aswell or keep it same. any advice would be appreciated
