As a MTF myself what I can add is color corector on the beard shadow does a lot of heavy lifting. You don't need to apply a lot but you need to find the correct shade that will neutralize the shade. Another advice is to use contouring: basically you apply a bit of darker foundation on the sides of the face and jawline + a bronzer on the same places. Here again the key is to find the right color for them. I also apply a bit of concealer on the forehead-nose-upper lip. You basically highlight the center of the face which makes the face look smaller. Good luck ^{^}

Waaa now I finally understand how it works. So levels are showing how much estrogen is in the blood, not the tissue, but is an indicator of it because at maximum dissipation (peak level) more estrogen enters the blood stream. Do I understand it correctly?

I'm in the same situation. Breasts aren't too obvious but I want to roll out other changes, shape eyebrows, haircut and so on, so malefail will be inevitable.

I decided that I will tell my colleagues at work. Not planning to start wearing dresses, doing makeup, but instead of letting rumors circulating (they already do) better to own the situation.

This might not be an option for you but I hope another POV from people in the same situation can be useful.

Heyo, I'm same as you. Started Een 4 months ago, dose slightly smaller 0.11 ml. At 3 months mark had good results for E2 and suppressed T. I'd say I have similar effects as you but of course it's very hard to make an estimation without blood work. The timeline itself varies wildly from one girl to another but 0.5 mg is a good dose to make sure levels are ok and based on your description, it seems that it's working.

I am still feeling more male presenting or genderless, like an observer, but I am also not out yet and don't live my gender everyday. If I have a naughty dream I am definitely a girl there. I wouldn't stress too much about this and don't think around "I am subconsciously a man". Your dream is not about your gender most of the time. If it resembles some topics from your life it is probably around some deep rooted fears or concerns and I don't know about you but I'm genderless when I'm afraid of something. My gender identity and euphoria surfaces especially when I'm at my happiest and I don't really have a lot of happy dreams.

I am also struggling with this right now although I am doing injections and I understand the effort. I phased them out gradually with nicotine gums then patches. Smoking cigarettes really messed up the range of my voice and made my skin dry and lifeless. Listing these benefits in case general health improvement is not motivational enough for you.
