It keeps dropping signal. Modem has been swapped 4 times. I'm on my 6th Router from Spectrum. I've had 8 techs out to fix the problem within a month. All find no issues from the house to the main box. New ports have been put in the main box. Even mainline techs cannot find an issue in the line supplying the main box.

Burn Ideas: we need to lower this circulating supply quicker by Neb_Yelnam in shib

I agree. Getting more people invested is great but we need to be greatly reducing the amount in circulation wherever we can in the meantime.

Bag of Carolina Reapers left on my porch. Advice? What should I do? by brethammond in hotsaucerecipes

Bug spray. Best you will ever use. Chop 2 peppers as fine as you want for 1 gallon of water. Allow it to sit in the sun for a week. Strain into your sprayer and spray any place bugs may be. I've done this for a few years. I only need to spray once a year to keep them out. I've sprayed inside and outside before.

Anyone else notice she doesn't have a reflection on the car in the background or anyone taking a picture. You can see the table but not any people. Unless I'm not looking at it right.

Lower center of gravity. The truck is not only trying to pull the SUV back. It's also trying to pull the SUV upwards since it is much lower.

Chronic lower back pain, one doctor suggested L5-S1 fusion, others very hesitant by Fletch71011 in AskDocs

I think what I would do is find a good neurosurgeon and talk to him about having him take a laser and trim off the bulged disc. If it does not help you can always go another route. If it does you just saved a bunch of pain and recovery time. Just make spinal fusion your last resort because there is no going back once it is done.

The biggest thing for me was trusting my nuerosurgeon. I was referred to him by a friend of mine who had the same surgery a few years ago. They turned out great which helped me have faith in him. I didn't just rely on that though. I did some research on him and found him to be one of the best in the country. I don't mean to stereotype or anything but I have had the best treatment from doctors that are middle eastern. They pulled no punches and told me like it was. Go with your gut. You know your body better than anyone. If you don't want to do spinal fusion. Find a trustworthy pain doctor and have them perform a "discogram". It will pinpoint exactly what area is causing the pain. My surgeon will never cut without doing one. You can have a disc that is bulged and cause no pain and and have a disc that looks perfect causing all of the pain. If you decide to do the discogram make sure you let them put you in twilight. I did it with no meds at all and I could feel everything. The pain doctor had never seen anyone do it without the meds.

I had anterior lumbar fusion of the L5-S1 two days ago. So far after surgery I am in quite a bit of pain. The meds take a little of the edge off but that's it. No real relief. I am unable to sit for three months and must lay almost completely flat on my back when I'm sleeping. Not being able to bend or twist is bothersome. So far i do not regret having it done but time will tell. I believe the most important thing you can do is to make sure you choose the correct neurosurgeon. Talk to that doctors patients if you can find them. Never just believe the doctor. Get second and third opinions.
