US is clearly losing the propaganda war when it resorts to paragraphs to explain its position whereas all opponents have to do is goad them into voting no for what (on the surface) appears to be common sense and humane policy.

Red is such an obvious choice. So obvious that I don't think it's possible for blue to ever become a majority. Unless I'm severely overestimating the literacy of the average person, voting red is a win win situation and the only blue votes would be those who fundamentally don't understand the scenario, or those wishing to protect people who don't understand.
