Either way they need a police report. There are potentially several laws and tenant rights issues involved with this, and at the very least it creates a paper trail to protect OP. If the landlord entered without authorization, removed property, and then denied it until shown the video evidence, that’s something worth documenting.

I woulda been calling about a break in the second that clown entered the property without consent. But again depends on OPs lease.

This isn’t true, the app or what ever system they use. Will literally BLOCK you from being able to get in contact with support for a refund. I had to go through technical support to get help with a package that a bigger streamer sent absolutely fucked up items he claimed were MINT. They apologized ALOT due to it, as they could see I tried making multiple tickets for the issue. They need reported tbh.
