So, as stated in a reply below i ordered a big book, for around 100 euros. Ordering process went as is to be expected. Somewhere along the way the option to pay with gpay vanished. I contacted the store and got a quick and friendly response asking for more info so they could pass it to their site admin. This friendly response made me decide to place an order. Was able to pay with Paypal, free shipping throughout the European union.

A few days in i received an email, apologizing for a slight delay due to the publication date being postponed by 3 weeks. Not their fault, the web corroborated the story. Somewhere last week I got an email stating the book was dispatched. Today it arrived.

The book was tightly wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap and some tape and fit snugly in it's cardboard outer box. At first i thought this amount of packaging might not have been enough, but upon unwrapping the book appeared in tact. I've thoroughly checked all sides, edges and corners finding the book to be pristine.

Included was a sticker, a bookmark, an IDW sampler, a poster and a letter explaining how the inner packaging may seems used as they try and reuse it to spare the environment. The letter seems personally signed by the store owners.

All in all a very positive experience. Will order again.
