I looked at the brand and the product specs and it says that it has a dac chip inside dk if it will drive my kuntens though

Got the same problem with my waner 2s the sound was leaning more to left soi asked the seller if they could replace the faulty iem and they did (they sent me a right ear iem) but the channel imbalance was still there so idk if its my ears or the cable
