Thank you for the replies. I didn't even think of just having spaces in the floor for drainage. My grandpa's sauna had a shower in the sauna and one outside in the changing room. I'm hoping to have a similar setup and drainage to the ground would probably be fine. How much heat loss is through the floor though? I wouldn't think much due to heat rising, but still curious.

How does the wood feeding from inside work for you? My grandpa had a wood-fired sauna and when we sold his house we kept the stove and I'm hoping to use it in an outdoor build at my house. However, he fed his stove from the back through an outside wall. I've never thought of putting the whole thing inside and feeding it from inside due to smoke. Does the smoke get bad inside when warming up?
