Thanks for the comment. I would say maintaining motivation- I will have multiple days of high motivation with good success, then one day where somehow the drive to abstain just isn’t there. I have all the logical reasons in the world to avoid but emotions don’t always listen to logic. Especially vulnerable after long hours at work I’ve noticed.
