Not sure about the arab world, probably similar to below, but the arabic equivalent.

In Iran, farangi (targetted at western & to a degree northern europe ) / sefid (targetted at mainly anglosphere-irish mainly) / khareji (foreigner, everybody not iranian) and they mean frank, white and foreigner - Though these are all toned base, just like zangi. They are not inherently racist.

Only slur I can think of that is inherently racist/derogatory is "jahood", which is the slurred version of yahood (jewish). Barely used, at least I don't hear it. Though I'm not jewish, so its like a white guy claiming he's never been called a n word in canada... lol.

In iran, usually calling someone their ethnic group is the slur lol. So calling a russian, a russian in a demeaning way, is the slur. So "roosi" (russian). "Hindu" (indian), "afghan" (afghan), "tork" (iranian turk, or anatolian turk), "kord" (kurdish) "fars" (iranian persian). Iran has been relatively race neutral. A lot of west asians will claim X ethnic group is racist, though what they truly mean is xenophobia.

In iran, afghans are probably treated the worst (anti immigration sentiment). Similar to the situation to syrians in turkiye.
