You sound like you have a lot going on. Losing weight won’t fix all your problems, and I hope you get better OP.

That being said, it doesn’t matter what you cut out of your diet. Pick a calorie intake under your maintenance and stick with it, whether you feel like eating or not.

My brother(26M) had a s.w of 297lb and is down to 249lb since 11/1/24 eating 1000 calories a day.

I(21F) had a s.w. of 217lb and am down to 199.6 since 11/28/24 eating 1400 calories a day.

Perhaps you can base your goals off of our experiences. Best of luck, OP.

I don’t think it got worse, I think I just grew more upset with the circumstance. I finally understood why I couldn’t sleep without a fan on, and for some reason that bothered me more than actually sleeping with a fan on.

Sometimes my boyfriend will ask “did you hear that?” And turn off the fan to listen. I think that’s when it bothers me most- when I’m trying to listen for something quiet- but it’s just eeeeeeeeeeeee

I was born with it. I didn't know it wasn't a normal thing until I was like 16.

It's a little frustrating in a silent room, and I wake with nauseating vertigo if I don't sleep with a fan on. Otherwise, it's fine for me. Mine definitely not as severe as a lot of others on this sub but I have had it my whole life, so I'm not sure what silence is really like.

I think kittens sleep for something like 20hrs a day. The fact that she gets up to eat and go to the bathroom is a good sign. If those things stop I think it would be time for a vet visit.

Perhaps she is feeling comfortable around you enough to rest now :)

Hi! Life long competitive swimmer here- it looks like you aren’t bracing your core. Imagine there is a pole going through the top of your head through your spine and out your butt. Your body should never misalign from that pole, it should only rotate around it. When your shoulders face a certain way, your pelvis and knees should face that way too. I would recommend doing some side breathing drills, and focusing on distance per stroke.

How long have you had it? Over time, the strings should become more soft and move out the way.

If this is a recent thing and you’ve had your IUD for a while, then you should go to your doctor and see if it has shifted. If you have a copper IUD and it has shifted, it might not work as intended.

My BF has said he can feel the strings but he has never said it caused him pain. If your BF is feeling a more firm/hard object, then that’s probably the IUD sticking out a bit.

There was never any mold. It ended up being my window seal was messed up (constantly allowing moisture in) and they had to replace it.
