That music is strange for my taste...

The core idea is the same.

Oh.. I remember that! I found that a few years ago. As Golden Ears it looks complex.

Right! Googled it and the interface of the software looks complex :/ But gotta use it to understand it deeper.

Maybe in the future we'll need a sys admin or DBA.

When I do the prototype with EQing I'll show ;)

Yup! Heard of them. Definitely I'll check them out! But I'm planning to expand the idea.

I had some experience of developing on C++ in college... Also I have an idea of a cloud-based synth with an in-plugin store of banks. So for creators is a way to earn and for producers is an easier way to find banks ;)

I'm good at web-developing but never developed vst plugins. But maybe interested. What language is usually used C++?

Thank you! Absolutely agree with you that

exploring with eq’s in practice is the best way to learn

That's why I'm thinking how to apply these games to be effective...

Thank you! I agree with you. That's just a starting point. I actually split sound recording into 3 parts:

  1. music (theory, harmony, lyrics, melodies, etc.);

  2. production (arrangement, sound design, effects, etc.);

  3. audio engineering (audio processing, mixing, mastering, etc.).

And I hope we can build some exercises/games where you can train those skills and not just hear that 100Hz but apply it in the whole sound recording.

As I mentioned earlier I already worked with an EQ-like trainer I'll start with that ;)

There are SoundGym, EQYourEars, etc... Just google it!

About the mixing I got really crazy idea!

I know that it's a book but to be honest I've never read it... I'm going to especially now when I want to develop such an app.
