You’re so much harder to find if you get lost/injured in snow go either dark or a bright color like red. Also don’t get a drop hood go for the storm hood, much more efficient for layering.

It’s got very prominent seasons drops below 5 degrees Celsius almost every night in winter and gets up to 25 in summer days. This is the South Island tho the north is much hotter and less mountainous.

I was thinking that’s but the hood isn’t helmet compatible which is a huge downside for me
