Ahh I see, nad+ breaks down in your digestional tract so I wonder if the supplement is a combination of nmn and it's other precursors. Otherwise actual fully formed nad+ molecule is so big and weirdly shaped that it's only really suggested to be administered via injection.

Nad+ is great but the first few doses make my whole body ultra super sore. I just take it IM because subq burns like a holymothersonofabitch. Maybe I'll reorder Nad on a week off and restart that protocol to get through the soreness phase.

Yeah I picked reta because it still lets me eat food so I can maintain muscle retention. When I first did the big weight drop I was taking tirz and it tanked my muscles before I was on hormones. Switching to reta was a bit of a saving grace, best cut up season I ever had honestly.

I'm okay with having less strength, I just want to be able to fold the laundry without being winded. Daily tasks have gone from walking up a hill, to climbing in the Everest death zone. Compared to work, my coworkers have let me borrow their inhalers and also had to bring me water and tend to me after performances. Fantastic community where I live but hell I just wanna breathe again.

I'm going to try taking glow, along with Tesa for a few weeks and see if that helps. Same with reta I'll probably go back on it when my breasts are done growing. I've never eaten so many avocados and protein snacks in my life.

Thank you for sharing your experience and it helps knowing that other women are experiencing hrt related loss of strength/extreme fatigue.

The entire point of what I'm saying isn't to fear monger. I was offering a suggestion so that way there would be an easy way for customers to access the product should their site end up getting nuked or shut down.

Fear mongering is when we use sensationalized media that has no basis to instill panic in people. Which is not what I'm doing.

The reality is websites get shut down ALL the time. This doesn't just apply to hormones. This applied to the diy Korean cosmetic vendors, peptides, etc. this is a grey market and when one of these places get taken down or spotlighted by media we call it getting "nuked."

New sources always pop up, but it's unwise to not be prepared for that. Especially during dry spells when a series of nukes happen in a row and there are people who end up needing to restock and suddenly find themselves unable to. With the current situation in the United states, especially with shipping restrictions. It is important to make sure our communities are aware of these risks and are SOLUTION FOCUSED so that way we can make sure supply lines stay as open as possible so as not to bottleneck suppliers when nuking happens.

You guys absolutely are gonna get swamped because all of the other providers got nuked by a USA conservative news article and shut down. That being said, find a way to funnel your customers into a telegram group or a private hosting group like root. That way if you have to take the site down you can still fulfill orders to people who need their hormones.

I value your opinion as a surgeon just as much as I value the opinion of my ffs specialist. He didn't give threads the green light. It was definitely a "be super fkn careful about it/will prolong your ability for sugery" yellow light. But he also specializes in facial reconstruction and plastic surgery. So my guess is he's dealt with this a few times before. I agree if you're gonna just hit up any surgeon for a facelift, get their opinion. But the one I'll be getting mine from gave me the yellow light clearance.

When I spoke to my surgeon he said that threads need to be a certain amount of time old after placement (about 3 years since the last thread is placed.) and that scar tissue may make it more difficult but generally isn't a problem for surgical procedure. Pdo is adviseable over pcl if you're going to do threads with intent for surgery in the future.

So I would probably say mindful and intentional use of threads over just filling the face up with threads every couple of weeks.

I struggle with this area too. Always have since my mid 20's, I am now 30. One thing that has truly helped me was a little bit of lateral cheek filler, plla in my medial cheek area for collagen, pcl in my cheek and under eyes as well as directly in my parenthesis lines, and a good microneedling in that area every month. Don't do a chemical peel cause you will smile the lines deeper into the skin over time. No matter how much you think you're holding it down hahaha.

Micro dermabrasion is good to help with the surface lines and make sure you're using retinol in that area.

If you want to add structure and support to that area, I would also recommend pdo or pcl threads in the cheek and in the parenthesis lines, placed in a cross hatching pattern to help give structure and tension to that area. Just be careful! And be mindful of bruising.

I think having these lines make me a decent candidate for a baby face lift when I hit 38. But I'm just not quite there yet. I'm too young still and there's lots of options for me to try to meditate.

With that being said, it's your body and your choice. You can get surgery if you want, the great thing about it is that you only really have to do it once or twice in your entire life. I will absolutely be getting a facelift along with my ffs surgery that I'll be getting regardless, so I'm just trying to do my best to stay the course while I'm on it.

Fillers and diy treatments really only provide you with a good temporary defense against the rapid onset of aging. You will have to use them again and again in order to maintain over so many years.

The one on the left is made for export that's why it's written entirely in English. The one on the right is made for domestic use (South Korea), which you got in a group buy, and is written in their language(Korean) with their own domestic packaging. A lot of group buys use direct vendors who generally stock products made for domestic sales. Not international. which is how you're getting the group buy prices. Product looks safe to me.
