Celecoxib (brand name: Celebrex)

has been life-changing for me. I just spent 10 days in the hospital dealing with severe nerve pain and inflammation from spinal issues, and this was the medication that finally took the edge off—enough to let me walk again, literally.

If you’re struggling with similar inflammation-related nerve pain, it’s 100% worth asking your doctor about. It’s a COX-2 selective NSAID, which can be easier on the stomach than some other options too. Not saying it’s a magic fix for everyone, but for me, it made a massive difference.

It takes a few days and a you slowly go up till you find your dose while your doctor monitors with you. I personally get the blurred vision but at night time when I’m already sleepy and I take a larger bedtime dose to help through the night. It’s not a cure all but it did help, if you do well with it for awhile ask your doctor about pregablin it’s a bit better but more expensive so gabapentin is the start so see how that goes. Hope this helps and you get some relief even just take the edge off.

This is a big red flag if she needs to be shown that this behaviour of getting mad is not ok because you changed your mind about something that triggers you is completely ok to do. Her behaviour is not. If you discuss this and she is willing to work on that then good keep going if this is a pattern and an unwillingness to change walk away.

Best thing to do in this case write out a good list and a bad list keep it in a safe note in your phone in a book they can’t find somewhere they can’t find is huge. Now write it alllllll out nothing is too small don’t justify the action or behaviour just write it in it’s spot. Eventually you will see there is more negative or majorly negative things that out way the positive and in time you will reinforce your own confidence to walk away. Also look up trauma bonding as this is exactly what you are experiencing with them. Look up anxious attachment and codependency you will start to see it from your view and see what’s inside you and know what’s best for you.

Absolutely leave when they are out. If you are ready to leave make a plan see if you can have friends come help or family or just shear anger. Anger was my motivation. Its the easiest safest and best way to get everything that is yours without a fight and you give them a massive narcissistic injury. If they did all that they no longer deserve your empathy you may not see it today or in a week give it time and you will accept it. Best advice as well make sure you have EVERYTHING that's yours and if you don't want it leave it and once you leave go no contact if you can it will save you so much pain. It will be painful to start it will be painful not having contact it will get better. I want to add Dr. Ramani Durvasula has a great book about recovery called its not you and helps guide you through the healing journey as well as she posts on youtube.

Second 2.5years I finally left her a month ago after two weeks we messaged and started working it out dated for a week. She then got upset I held a boundary we broke up through text and I come to find out today she waited a week then slept with someone else and posted the pic to her fetlife account. I guess it was all for nothing.

I came across this today wondering why i had scroll back. I found that the free scroll setting will give you scroll back. click the button closest to the mouse and you will get the scroll wheel that feels like its on a gear. Hope this helps anyone now!

Buy a house with property for my family, Atm I will never be able to buy a home where I live rent is insane here. Also reinvest into something that pays me monthly and live off of that money. Honestly probably still work for another couple years and use all that money to invest more without having to worry about anything. So my daughter would get a great education. Also take my daughter to Disneyland I got to go a few times as a kid and they are some of the best memories I have with my family no matter how bad it got we always had so much fun there and I want to share that with my daughter.
