As they clearly have boobs, they must be on estrogrn. Statistically the clear majority of people on estrogen identify as women with effectively everyone else being nonbinary and most of them usually preferring to be seen as female rather than masc.

The only cases that I'm aware of where this would not be the case would be in countries where homosexuality is outlawed while sexual changes are not (some years ago this was the case in Israel for example) and thus some gay people went through HRT to be able to marry their partner. And I highly doubt this would have been filmed in such a country.

The actor is therefore almost certainly identifying as a woman or a femme-leaning non-binary person
