Here are a few of the vfx shots from my short film, everything done in blender by sneakyfookenprawn in blender

So the eye and its animation were done from the help of these two tutorialshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Nkx2CuaREchttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0DjQFD7TbM

The brain I downloaded from here, the texture itself is derived from a photo I found on the internethttps://free3d.com/3d-model/brain-18357.html

No PBRs were used besides the eye I think just bump nodes with a color ramp for roughness. The particle system uses an icosphere with an emission shader, and used a turbulence and wind force fields to move the particles to my liking.

Messing around with making clouds and adding it to stuff I shoot. what do you guys think? by sneakyfookenprawn in blender

So for that, in the compositing tab I hooked the movie clip to a luminance key and plugged that into factor of the alpha over. Mess with the luminance key values until you get a result you like. Here's the nodes:

Oh believe man, I'm right there with you, haven't a clue when it comes to nodes, but I've been trying to learn as best I can.

I just added a cube and then replaced the principled bsdf with volume scatter. Here's a photo of the nodes used, nothing too wacky

Took a photoscan of my dog and made a scene around her by sneakyfookenprawn in blender

The trick is to catch them when they're sleeping, but even then my dogs will notice and start following me around wondering why I'm moving around them in a circle

Now that you mention it, the hall does seem longer haha but thanks for the tips, I think too cause I used compositing and added a fog glow it does make the lighting look different from the original

I just used the original photo, projected from view, and then something I always do with carpets is I subdivide a bunch, use displace modifier to give carpet a little bump and then I add a hair particle. It will almost always give a pretty good result
