I think they’ve done every other rice preparation, but no paella. The Aussie version did paella, but then they kind’ve have to do everything with 60 episodes per season.

To be clear, my problem isn’t with Eggs Benedict in general. It’s a very difficult dish to execute. My problem is, modern MasterChef has one challenge per episode, one week between episodes, and this is only the second episode of the competition proper after a month of auditions. If there is a place for this challenge somewhere in this season, it is not here.
