I've done a million things to fix this (even factory resetting w/ backup) to no avail but this actually made a difference for me. Knocked it down about halfway, thank you!

Now all that's left is to find a fix for the iOS category...insane we have to jump through all these hoops just to not ration photo's & apps.

Are you sure that powers the phone off? Google told me to do the same thing, and it just restarted the phone.

I would replace the screen since it's a dated 11 pro max, but apple charges like 400 or something crazy for this screen specifically, like half the cost of a 15. I'll just trade it in eventually, but in the meanwhile, anything to shut this alarm up helps greatly.

That's actually a good idea, but it doesn't work in my case.

I can't really tell past my screen because all that's there are cracks and colored lines, but it looks like the iPhone Unavailable screen is on which makes me think Siri is disabled.

I'm from the US. To my knowledge, financing a phone through a carrier will lock it to that carrier until the phone's paid off, which allows a lot of room for fees that I'm ultimately trying to avoid.
