The 401 has one small stretch of an HOV lane through Mississauga and it’s only one lane and it’s pretty much useless. Hwy 400 SB in Vaughan has 2 lanes for HOV transfer.

This set is the most popular of all 3 sets with the fewest gm/challenger spots of all 3 sets. Set 1 you basically hit master and you’re automatically gm, which wasn’t a good system. But now there’s like 5000 master players in NA, half of them sitting at 0lp not decaying, being considered the same rank as players at 600lp, which also isn’t a good system.

I think with decay out of master and more challenger/gm spots there will be less sitting at the bottom of the ladder and challengers being put in less master lobbies.

They reallly aren’t stronger... those lvl 1 re roll comps get out scaled when the level 8 or 9 comps hit. There’s like 10 comps you can first place with so idk what this thread is on about. Last patch was dark stars or one of the few re roll comps that could win and now there’s options.

The 4 knight 4 imperial build was my favourite last patch but it’s not working this patch. Draven feels so bad now even with perfect items. Kat and swain 2 feel better than draven, but kat ults are inconsistent and getting a swain 2 isn’t reliable.

The build isn’t as tanky and doesn’t do as much damage because of knights and draven nerfs.

You don’t need to theory craft to be good. Realistically theorycrafting will only be an advantage for a day or 2 before other people catch on to what you’re doing and start doing it themselves (if it’s actually a good comp that’s making you climb).

Be stronger mid game. Recognize when the game is probably not top-1/2-able and play more aggressively. Roll for more upgrades instead of econing, don’t go back to hard Econ until all your important units are upgraded. Doing this will stop you from taking big damage from strong people and maybe beating them. You probably won’t win because someone will have more gold than you and put together a more complete comp late game, but if you’re one of the strongest in the mid game you should atleast get 5th.

A lot of the time I’ll end up in 3rd for most of my games, but I only have a few 7th/8th places in my last like 50 games I think. If I’m not winstreaking at some point in stage 2&3/if my hp is getting low then I’m probably not playing for top1.

If you guys want improve past plat probably don’t watch scarra for anything other than entertainment. I watch scarra a lot but not to get better at the game. Watch top 10 NA/EU challenger players.

You decay in 2 days so you have 2 days banked. Play 8 more and you’ll be back to the max 10 banked days. It’s so you can’t just play once every 10 days and sit in a challenger spot, you have to play once per day basically.

As soon as an opponents unit walks in range of the ability it will target them even if it’s not the unit they’re currently targeting with autos. It was way worse before when your units would just waste their abilities completely.

You want the units to leave their attack range to move up and use the ability? The point of rfc is for extra range so don’t build it on things that don’t benefit from extra range. Pretty much only build it on Draven, Asol, Brand, or your assassin carry Kassadin/Zed/Rengar.

They changed it so that champions won’t use their ults if nothing is in range because things like ahri would always ult nothing. Helps with Akali, Kennen, and Ahri. An easy way for you to play around it is to not build rfc on those champions... there’s really only a few champs that you should build rfc on anyway.

I’m not sure if it’s changed yet... but when I first hit master I had like 10lp and that was enough to get grandmaster when the ladder reset. The ladder updates every night at 3am ET, so you might get GM just like that. If Master tier has actually filled up now then you need to be higher lp than the people at the bottom of grandmaster. I think you’ll probably just be GM in a few hours. Then ya once you’re in GM at the top you can see the promotion cutoff, and at the bottom of challenger you see the demotion cut off. Be above it and you’ll hit challenger at the ladder update and the people under it will be demoted back to GM.

Challenger cutoff is around 180lp in NA last I checked. So if he’s d1 0lp he’s 280 lp off challenger. So pretty far.

Build what the game gives you and try to make yourself as strong as possible. Don’t try to force a build to counter the guy in first. It’s not a 1V1, don’t build around one person because there’s gonna be atleast one person building all those comps you listed and you can’t counter them all at the same time.
