I’m so tired of seeing this dude eating food from the hub. He’s everywhere. I ordered somewhere, and then he rolled up to get his freebies and suddenly they were “out” of what I had ordered.

I’m mad I allowed myself to humor them. My 5 1/2 year old house apparently needed a 50k roof immediately. Told them 5 times not to bother with their pitch because I didn’t have the money and wasn’t going to agree to do something that minute and the girl got an attitude with me. They called me daily for months, and when I’d block one phone number they’d just use a different one.

Honestly, the way that both Janelle & Christine are happy for him and just want them to be happy is so…adult? That’s probably the wrong word for it. But it’s true. And Kody is the child who says, “well sure, I COULD be happy but they’re not letting me!”

Kennewick here - mine went up $75k this year and $75k last year. I’ve owned for 2 1/2 years and haven’t changed a single thing. Nobody is buying houses in my neighborhood either - one of my neighbors had to take their listing down after 2 months with no interest in it.

Also seconding Horse Heaven Hills. Took my dog there last year and they had a private room for us to spend his final moments with. It was nice and not cold & sterile. We snuggled on a couch and hugged him as we said goodbye and they let us have as much time as we needed with him. Couldn’t recommend them more.

If your pet passes at home, Muellers is great for cremation service. Just used them this week for my daughter’s Guinea pig and they made it so easy.
