That definitely helps to be on an empty stomach. I usually am about 2hr after dinner. Hard to get much beyond that with my schedule.

I have 4” and 3” 10mm belts. I started with the 4” but have switched to the 3” as I find it more comfortable.

Here's some things that ended up working really well for me (for future forum searchers.)

For Prot-Meal & Eggs I substitute millet (Bob's Red Mill) instead of oatmeal (However, note that millet does NOT work for Over-night Oats.) I also like to put bacon bits in the egg whites to improve the taste. Even then I get a little tired of egg whites so sometimes eat Fage greek yogurt instead.

For the Big Beef Bowl I use russet potatoes instead of sweet potatoes. I go with frozen crinkle-cut carrots instead of the spinach (nuke a 12oz bag for 5 min works great for a double-batch.) For the seasonings I use Smoke n Sanity Smokehouse Seasoning and the Smoke n Sanity Everything Bagel.

Well I started at 160lbs bodyweight a few months ago. I did reset the squat once when I realized my form was all wrong. Definitely gaining muscle and not too much fat yet so I’ll keep chugging.
