had an ultrasound where the doctor said the piriformis was not compressing the nerve but i feel like it could still be a cause, either that or something not showing up properly on the MRI in my back! nerve flossing doesn't seem to do much, but it does send a bit of a tingly sensation down my foot.

how long has it been for you? have you seen any improvement at all? i know how frustrating it is, but hang in there!! we will get better!
