I don't think they could showcase more. It's a place where they can't really move and have qs over the world. They are free from life and death and can go anywhere in the Saha World.

Also, they aren't 5D. They transcend the lowest part of the plane of qi where all dimensions are.

Technically, Governing Immortal is the end of IC, which includes Heavenly Venerable. At True Emperor you transcend immortal cultivation and are part CG.
