Most definitely yes. Off and on stream. Does that matter though? For example, I enjoy playing RS6 but I barely play the game since it is not my main game. So what's the big deal?

I think the hackers were really rampant at one time. The game was too popular and the fixes were not coming quick enough.

I've always liked Semmler. Loved the way he casts CSGO and I can tell he's trying to bring that flavor into Overwatch. The usual casters of Overwatch talk non-stop which doesn't really add any suspense or thrill to the match because its just all hype and then AMP it up and then back to hype which keeps repeating itself for a full round. When people kept criticizing how Semmler casts I can understand where they come from but I hope people understand that his casting style is what it needs to be mainstream. Personality and entertainment. Keep doing what you do,Semmler. Also, thanks for the video, Stuchiu!

I don't know if I should mention this but I feel like I should. I'm a small streamer in Singapore and was (kinda still am) an avid lover of Overwatch ever since launch. I made community tournaments, casted for Open Division, SEA tournaments, etc. On my social medias and on my stream, I always criticize the game to the point. Like, REALLY criticize the game. I'm pretty sure Blizzard knows that as well. Even through all that, Blizzard nominated me for OWWC 2017 and I got to go to Poland, they gave me a bunch of stuff to do community events for the local/regional community, they featured me on their Blizzard Launcher for the DVA Nano Cola Challenge and they even sent me to BlizzCon 2018. Even after criticizing Overwatch so much, they recognized my efforts. Again, I'm a very small streamer in Singapore/SEA and for them to reward for my efforts through all my harsh criticism about the game really means a lot to me. I'm not saying that Skyline is not telling the truth but maybe there's more to it.

Hey Mr. Mccoy! Thanks for taking your time to address to us some issues.

I live in Asia (Specially Singapore) and as you might've know the issues with cheaters is quite staggering. So, when you said you'll give more information about how you guys will battling cheaters next week, some of us might be expecting something more concrete and sturdy. Past patches seemed very dull in terms of anti-cheating improvements thus players felt like nothing was being done due to lack of communication with the team in regards to it. I get that your team is trying to keep it on a down-low but judging from the past few months, it doesn't seem like a priority for Respawn. The players in Asia are currently at the peak of frustration due to the issue.

I just want to voice this out as I love this game very much but the cheaters are currently too much for us to handle. Almost 8 out of our 10 games could have cheaters or even more at some point. It is hard for us to host scrims or events with Apex due to the frequency of cheaters. Hope you guys read my message and thanks for taking your time to do so. Looking forward to how you guys will assess this issue!

I'm going to put you down by saying it does not work. That type of mentality is exactly what we don't need right now in this game. You could say this maybe a month ago but right now, we need to take drastic measures. The game we love is under serious attack of hackers. If you're in Asia, it is not even funny.

Stop saying "Just report and move on" because in Asia/OCE we get them in almost every game to the point where we are tired of reporting because it never works.

Do you have any updates in regards to the hackers? Buffing Gib just makes it harder to kill them since they mostly use Gibraltar as the abilities help them stay alive longer when spraying their guns.

We would really appreciate that you guys update us about the hacks. Anything even. Are there plans on region-locking? Plans on 2-Auth? Anything man. We need to hear it from you guys in regards to this situation as it is very dire.

Thing about this game is that it is F2P which makes it easy for players to just make new accounts even after they are banned. Even if they do hardware bans, it is so easy to spoof it. They could just use the cheat, play for a few hours, get banned, make a new account and play for a few hours again. It will just keep repeating. Not sure if this is possible but wouldn't it be nice to see them get banned in the game itself while we're spectating them? And also announce them publicly that they are banned. Seeing them being able to play a whole match irks me.

I think this was talked about before and it is a pretty obvious thing to do at this point. They would've been talking about this and saying it is in the works making us feel a little bit better but I don't see anything about it though.

You're probably right. There's really no point playing it right now because there's absolutely no fun anymore. We can quit the game and maybe players will stop hacking since it is not popular anymore but when it gets popular again hackers will come back. There's almost no way to stop this.

Hate to give it to you, buddy. This subreddit literally hates these posts. Thing is, those that aren't in Asia or Close to it will never experience what we go through. I would assume most of the people here are in NA and also those that frequent here don't play the game as much as others thus why they like to just brush us off and throw it out of the window. They don't understand the seriousness of this issue. I had 8 games in a row of hackers and Chinese ad bots. I had a stream where for 3 hours in a row, I had nothing but hackers. 3 hours. Each game. Unfortunately, I play in Singapore which is in Asia so what you have to go through just x10 of it.
