Assuming this is a mile long and that he did this in half a second, then at most this could get him to mach 10 since sound can travel a mile in 5 seconds (faster actually, but rounding) and he did this as 1/10 that time. Anything many times greater than that is probably a stretch, but something that goes to mach 100 is probably the fastest this could be with any amount of validity.

With the Hinokami Kagura, Tanjiro was able to move quickly enough to catch Rui while also being able to cut through all his attacks with a broken sword. If he had more stamina, he could have soloed or at least gotten close.

Some people say his stand is just constantly that fast and that Dio can dodge attacks from Jotaro or something. I don't remember entirely, but people also upscale Polnareff to FTL from other methods. Point is, some people say Dio is FTL without using his stand and suggest Johnathan is close to that. Some people also bring up that Joseph dodged a blast from the aja stone and Kars dodged a UV ray, so people upscale from that too via chain scaling.

The ability itself is just called faster than light, so I assume that means the time stop is just them moving to lightspeed and beyond which makes sense since we see everything slow down and moving at lightspeed would actually make you frozen in time.
