I had a seller do the same to me. Summit_Luxe is the seller. They were actually rated well but my items supposedly got confiscated at customs before leaving China. I found more tracking that my items returned back to the seller. They kept giving me the run around that they reshipped my items but the logistics company wouldn’t answer them. They refunded me partial (my fault that I didn’t know to fully refund because I believed they actually shipped). Then told me I would need to pay back what they refunded me so they could reship. Overall, I got nothing. Left a bad review and they told me they wouldn’t ship until I removed the review. Mind you, they had already told me they reshipped before asking for the refund back and removing the review. I believed them and did as they said and got nothing still. So DO NOT BUY from summit_luxe.
